Salary: £25-35K with OTE £75K
About the Role:
Due to expansion and an internal promotion, we have two vacancies for a Relationship Manager in our Direct Sales Team. It is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and highly reputable company, with the vision to work your way up through the company. The role will involve a hybrid working pattern (2 days at home, 3 in the office). A great opportunity to work for a fantastic specialist asset finance company who will support your development.
As Relationship Manager your responsibilities and duties will include:
Supporting and promoting the sale of excavators, plant and equipment through hire purchase and lease (B2B)
Negotiating finance rates and co-ordinating each stage of the customer transaction
A high level of telephone interaction with customers, the field-based sales team and dealer sales personnel • achieving profitability and margin objectives
Making outbound calls and responding to inbound enquiries
Developing and nurturing relationships with clients and dealer sales personnel
Building, managing and maintaining sales pipelines
Supporting the team as well as achieving individual objectives
Co-ordinating and taking responsibility for own workload (supervisory support available for referrals)
Demonstrating fairness, empathy and good practice when conducting business negotiations customers.
About You
If you are currently in an Asset Finance role or are currently working as a Relationship Manager this is the ideal next step in your career.
