Our Belfast coverage gives clients across Northern Ireland direct access to commercial and specialist lending.

We have strengthened our Northern Ireland coverage from Belfast, joining Glasgow, Manchester and London to give us genuine UK-wide reach.
The decision followed the volume of enquiries we were already handling from Glasgow, particularly on semi-commercial and trading business assets.
As with every desk, cases are underwritten in-house and presented as a full credit paper before they reach a lender.
