Channel Finance Group Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm reference number 918647. You can check our permissions on the Financial Services Register at register.fca.org.uk. We are a credit broker and not a lender.

Independent and whole of market

We are directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are not tied to any lender and we are not an appointed representative of another firm. We hold relationships with many lenders, from high street banks to specialist and private funders, and we select from that market on the merits of your case.

How we are paid

We are a broker, not a lender. Depending on the facility, we may be paid a commission by the lender, a fee by you, or both. Commission varies between lenders and between products, and the amount we receive does not change the rate you pay. Where we charge a fee it is agreed with you in advance and set out in writing. We will tell you the amount and the basis of everything we are paid before you are asked to commit, and you can ask us about it at any point.

Some forms of business finance and corporate advisory services are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Read more about how we are paid.
